How to Stay Organized and Motivated with The Happy Planner

A new year means it’s time for a fresh start, getting organized and setting goals.  I'm one of those people that loves the start of a new year and all the promise of hope and change that come with it.  I love how a new year motivates me to get organized and set new goals. To kick off the new year I've partnered with Michaels to show you just how easy it is to get organized, set goals and stay motivated. One of my favorite things about a new year is getting a new planner.  I literally could … [Read more...]

Top Posts of 2013

It's the last day of 2013 and while I'm eager to usher in the new year I thought I'd take a moment and reflect on what an incredible year 2013 has been for Giggles Galore. We've had lots of new adventures, created new traditions and made lots of super sweet memories.  It's always fun to see the top visited new posts on my site and 2013 had quite a few creative parties and crafts that made the list.  Here's a look at my top 13 post in 2013: DIY Octopus Costume|Back to School Interview|Apples … [Read more...]

Finding Balance with Lean Cuisine

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Lean Cuisine, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #HonestlyGood#ad  http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO. As a busy mom and business owner I often struggle with finding balance for all the things that are important in my life, including eating healthy. My role as a business owner, wife and mom has changed over the years and with that ebb and flow so have my priorities.  Unfortunately, between juggling … [Read more...]

What a Differance a Year Makes

This exact time last year I was gearing up to attend SNAP Creativity at Your Fingertips, my very first blogger conference.  I was excited.  I was nervous. I was ready and then I was hit with an unforseen blow...I was laid off from my job on Monday, two days before I was supposed to board a plane for SNAP.  My world was turned upside down.  Fast forward to April 2013 and wow, what a differance a year makes!   This year I'm sitting in my hotel room, anxiously waiting for my roomie, Michelle from … [Read more...]

BlissDom 2013 Top 3

When 2013 started I adopted "Make" as my word to help me find focus and "Make Things Happen" instead of sitting on the sidelines and waiting for things to just come along and happen.  A few weeks ago I attended BlissDom 2013 and embraced the opportunity to fill my bucket and make things happen for ME! For me this conference was an opportunity to learn, connect and discover.  So often we as women give everything we have to others and forget to make our dreams and passions a priority.  My … [Read more...]

Making Things Happen

I deemed 2013 as the year I would stop sitting around and hoping, wanting, waiting and I would MAKE things happen.  I posted about my One Little Word for 2013 here and I've slowly been trying to embrace my word and make commitments to creating the change I want to see in myself.  So imagine my excitement when I read about the Making Things Happen 2013 Conference.  It screams motivation, change and the power to embrace your dreams and face your fears...something I desperately want to MAKE happen … [Read more...]

One Little Word 2013: MAKE

Have you heard of the One Little Word project by Ali Edwards?  I had seen this several years ago and half heartily picked a word, but never really followed through with embracing it and making it my mantra for the year.  As a busy mom to three small children, a social media consultant and a blogger I often find myself struggling with time and focus...so resolutions or goals tend to get buried, forgotten or let's face it just to hard to keep. 2012 was an exciting, busy and adventurous year for … [Read more...]

2009 was an exciting, challenging & memorable year for us. We have so much to be thankful for and have truly been blessed this past year. Some of my favorite moments this year include:* My hubby moving his office closer to home (only 5 minutes away)* Our twins turning 1 and watching their little personalities starting to blossom* Experiencing Aubrey's zest for life, her love of books & all things girly* Expanding & improving my sewing skills. My favorite project is a toss up between the … [Read more...]
