- 2 cup of high-quality olive oil
- 4-5 fresh rosemary sprigs
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Black Peppercorns
- Sterilized glass bottles(I like these for gifts)
- A small saucepan
- Fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth

- 3 -4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 2 cups olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the rosemary springs and dry them completely.
- Pour the oil in a saucepan along with garlic cloves and rosemary springs.
- Keeping the heat at medium, let the oil heat up, and continue cooking the garlic until it turns golden brown.
- Then switch off the heat and let the oil cool down completely.
- Strain to a clean glass jar and add a fresh rosemary sprig if you like.
- Tie a fresh sprig of rosemary to the bottle and your rosemary-infused oil is ready to give as a gift.
