Ingredients
- 4 large lemons
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest

- 1 1/2 cups crushed Graham Cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Cut each lemon in half. Scoop out the pulp from each lemon half and place it in a bowl. Set the lemon shells aside.
