Today’s MTM theme is Cinco de Mayo so we had a scrumptious Fiesta for lunch. Here is what we had:
Cheese quesadilla, guacamole, chips, black beans, rice, strawberry “maracas” and a cookie “sombrero.”

Let your little one paint the plate & cup
Have them glue pom poms around the edge and then admire their beautiful Mexican sombrero.
I think Cinco de Mayo is a great holiday because it gives your the perfect excuse to indulge in some yummy Mexican food…and I LOVE Mexican food! Go see what those other crafty moms came up with for today’s theme at Muffin Tin Mom.
