Free Printable Back to School Bingo

A new school year will be starting soon, and everyone in our house is looking forward to heading back to school. It may sound crazy, but my kids actually love the start of a new school year. They look forward to finding out who their new teachers will be, seeing what friends they will have in class, and of course all of our fun back to school traditions. This year heading back to school will be extra delicious and fun with Back to School Bingo and Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks!!

This is the only year my kids and their cousins will all be at the same elementary school and I thought it would be fun to kick the start of the new school year off with a Back to School party. Since the kids vary in ages from Kindergarten to 6th grade I needed an activity everyone would love. Bingo is always a hit with kids young and old, and when you add in tasty snacks as the “markers” it’s a win-win activity!

I recently discovered Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks and my kids love the delicious taste. Made with real fruit and surrounded by a creamy yogurt these mouthwatering snacks are perfect for school lunches or after school snacks. They come in three different flavors, Strawberry, Blueberry and Cherry. Strawberry has been the crowd favorite at our house.

Not only are they the perfect school snack, they also make the perfect “markers” for Back to School Bingo. This game can be played with a group of friends at a Back to School party or at a simple family dinner the night before school. No matter how you choose to play, this Back to School Bingo game is guaranteed to get kids of all ages excited about heading back to school!

Simply download the free printable Back to School game cards, and print them out in color on white cardstock. Cut out the individual BINGO cards for each player.

Next, give each player their own package of Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snacks. These will be the “markers” for the game. It will be super tempting to gobble up these delicious snacks, but remind your little players that they will need them to play the game. But, it’s always a good idea to have extra snack packs on hand…just in case.

Draw a caller card and call out the popular school related images found on the Bingo cards. If the letter and image called are a match players will place a Welch’s Fruit ‘n Yogurt Snack on that spot. Continue playing the game until you have a winner. Once you have a winner you can let everyone devour their snacks, or play another round.
