Lil Buckaroo Baby Shower

I adore rustic, country charm and think the muted colors and simple details make an excellent party theme.  So I was thrilled when my aunt asked me to help with some of the design details for my cousin's "Lil' Buckaroo" cowboy themed baby shower. My favorite element was the custom fabric banner I made, the old ladder used to display mason jars with lemonade and the charming cupcake toppers. This shower was being held in Utah and I was basically sending a "party in a box" full … [Read more...]

This Barnyard Buddies Brunch was inspired by the Piggy Bank Parties Barnyard Challenge.  Working with a fantastic team this fun barnyard play date came to life.  Our play date friends were invited to join us for brunch and fun at Nash Farm,  a historic working farmstead. Brunch was set up next to the little red barn and the table was anchored with a custom table cloth complete with denim pockets, made by the talented Aimee Broussard.  The pockets held napkins, paper straws and the utensils … [Read more...]

Muffin Tin Monday- Barnyard

Today there is no theme over at Muffin Tin Mom's, so I decided to build our theme using left overs from our party this weekend.  The twin's turned 2 and we had a Barnyard Bash to celebrate.  Today our muffin tins are barnyard style... We had Chicken Nuggets, Garden Veggies with Ranch (carrots & apples), Chicken Feed (Chex Mix w/M&M's) and Pigs in a Blanket.  For dessert everyone got to have 1 Milk Dud (from the cow bottles).   It was fun to today's leftovers and as always the kids loved their … [Read more...]
