Our sweet friend Kiley is turning 4 and she adores Justin Bieber…or as my cutie likes to call him Justin “Beaver” (she honestly thought he was a beaver, she was very confused when I showed her the necklaces. Oh, how I love her!)
I wanted to get her a gift that was related to her interest (aka: Justin Bieber) but I couldn’t find anything appropriate so I decided to make her some bottle cap necklaces with his picture. This was my first attempt at these, but it was easy and SUPER cheap (I’m talking less than $2). I was lazy and didn’t want to have to find the photos, photo shop them and resize so I just ordered pre-made bottle cap images off of ETSY for $2. I got 50 different images that I can print and reuse to my hearts content.
I cut them out using my 1″ circle punch, modge podged them to some spray painted bottle caps and attached them to a necklace. I sprayed them with a clear protective coat to give them a glossy finish. I think next time I will try some using resin for more of a 3 dimensional look.
Wrap them up in a special box and add them to some other goodies for a customized birthday gift.If anyone is a Justin Bieber fan and wants a necklace let me know, I have TONS of these little pictures of him and no idea what on earth I am going to do with them. 🙂

Question- I have the bottle caps, but how did you attach them to the necklace?
LOVIN the bucket!
Bobbi – I just drilled a tiny hole in the top ridge of the bottle cap and then added one of those jewelry “O” rings (you can find them at Hobby Lobby, ect.)
