We just got back from vacation yesterday and I am trying to get everyone back on schedule and adjusted to real life. The month of July was crazy for us and we were in and out so much that I honestly don’t think I have been to the grocery store in 3 or 4 weeks. Needless to say there is nothing to eat in our house.
I love Muffin Tin Mondays because you can throw together a lunch with what little you have on hand and the kids get so excited, even though it is nothing special. Today’s lunch was a hodge podge of leftover snacks and goodies from our trip. Here is what we had:Peanut Butter and Ritz crackers, apple slices and fruit dip, cheese, peaches, raisins/marshmallow/teddy graham mix. We used our teddy bear tins which we haven’t used in a while which made the kiddos happy and excited about their very simply “No food in the house” Muffin Tin Lunch.Don’t forget to visit Muffin Tin Mom to see what other creative moms are serving up for lunch in their muffin tins.
