Sadly, our summer is winding down and my kids will soon be heading back to school.  This year is a big transition for our family as my oldest will be starting middle school. Both my daughter and I have lots of mixed feelings about this new transition, but overall we are excited to see what this school year will bring and to help make sure we set the tone and start the new year off right I’ve created a set of free Inspirational Locker Printables.

Middle school can be a big transition, from the challenge of navigating a new (and bigger school) to the harder assignments and complex social scene.  But, there is also lots to look forward to and according to my daughter having her own locker ranks right up there at the top of the list.  Getting a locker is a right of passage when it comes to middle school, and while remembering the combination code can be scary, having your own personal space in this big new school can help make the transition a smooth one.

I created a set of colorful inspirational Locker Printables to decorate my daughter’s new school locker.  These affirmations are a great reminder that she can see day after day, and my hope is that they will serve as a positive reminder when middle school life gets tough!
