“Do you have your mask?” Make sure you never forget your mask and essentials again when you keep them handy in this cute essentials bag. Learn how to personalize your own DIY Face Masks and Essentials Bag with Cricut Joy.
We’ve officially finished our first full week of the new school year and survived! Our kids are starting out doing at-home-learning, but will soon be transitioning back to an in-person classroom and things will look very different when they do.
One of the most essential school supplies we had to buy this year was face masks and hand sanitizer. But if your kids are anything like mine keeping up with these new accessories is quite the task! I decided to make it easier for all of us and used my Cricut to personalize their face masks and a cute little bag to keep them in.
Back to School Face Masks
This spring I spent lots of time making DIY Face Masks with my Cricut. While I made lots of fun and colorful patterned masks I learned that my kids preferred solid colors that they could mix and match depending on their outfits or moods.
With three kids and all these masks, I wanted to make sure that we had a way to keep track of who’s was who’s. I decided the quickest and easiest way was to personalize them with iron-on vinyl and my Cricut.
I found several cute designs in Cricut Design Space and created a few of my own. Then I ironed on the decals to the side of each mask. I also decided that I could add their names to the inside so that it was easy to keep track of which kid they belonged to.

This cute little Peace, Love, Sanitizer bag is the perfect place to store multiple masks, hand sanitizers, and wipes. It holds all of the essentials they need readily available, so there is no more fretting about whether or not they have what they need.
