So lately I’ve been looking for quick, easy and healthy recipes and my new morning favorite is this Creamsicle Breakfast Smoothie.
It tastes just like the iconic vanilla-and-orange popsicles we used to love as kids. That was always what I would pick when the ice cream truck would come by, oh the memories! But, this creamsicle breakfast smoothie is a balanced breakfast with protein and essential vitamins to help you start your day off right. Plus, it’s quick and easy enough for even the most hectic schedules or mornings which will help you stick to those goals for a happier and healthier you in the new year.
- 1 cup cold pure coconut milk , without added sugar or flavor
- 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen or fresh mango chunks
- 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 cups ice
- Blend coconut water, yogurt, mango, orange juice concentrate and ice in a blender until smooth.

Creamsicles are my favorite too, while the ice cream version is still my favorite this is a pretty good alternative. 🙂
