Pie is a traditional American dessert and a classic 4th of July staple. I recently hosted a Red, White and Pie party for the 4th of July and made this tasty Triple Berry Pie in just a few minutes!
Impress your guest with this fresh and tasty dessert…you won’t believe how easy this is to make and it cost less than $10.
You will need a pie crust (I used a frozen one), 1 1/2 pounds fresh berry mix and peach jam. I used homemade jam we made last year, but you could also use store bough peach or marmalade jam.
Bake your pie crust according to directions. Once the pie crust has completely cooled spread a think layer of peach jam on the bottom. Remember, not too much you don’t want the crust to get soggy.
Next, fill the crust with your fresh berries.
Finally, spoon the peach jam on top of the pie for a beautiful glaze. Let the pie macerate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Serve your triple berry pie at your next backyard BBQ or 4th of July celebration, I promise your guest are going to love it!
