This post is part of a product exchange partnership with King of Christmas
When it comes to Christmas, the Christmas tree is a key component of holiday decorating. So it only makes sense that your Christmas tree should be a beautiful focal point that makes a statement. Which is exactly why I decided to invest in King of Christmas Trees
Over the past 10 years, I have decorated and styled a LOT of Christmas trees here on the blog, including my beloved Nutcracker-themed tree. Which means I’ve owned a lot of Christmas trees, too. But there is one clear winner when it comes to quality, style, and durability.
King of Christmas is hands down my favorite faux Christmas tree on the market, and I’m here to tell you why King of Christmas Trees are worth the investment.
Are King of Christmas Trees Worth the Money?
YES! This is an investment you won’t regret making.
Sure, you could purchase a cheaper faux tree elsewhere, but after years of owning multiple brands and styles, I can confidently report that my King of Christmas trees have held up better than any other tree and still look as beautiful as they day I took them out of the box.
In addition to owning two other King of Christmas trees, including the 8′ King Noble Flock Artificial Christmas Tree with Warm White LED Lights, this year I partnered with the brand to share my honest opinions and review about the 8′ King Flock Slim Artificial Christmas Tree with 700 Warm White LED Lights.
What Makes King of Christmas Trees Worth the Investment
King of Christmas trees are durable, have a realistic appearance, and convenience features that make them a long-lasting, high-quality investment you can use for years.
These trees are built to last. Unlike cheaper trees that may only last a few seasons, you’ll find that King of Christmas trees are designed to be durable and remain a beautiful statement piece for many years.
They have a luxurious look with lifelike PE and PVC tips, pre-lit options with multiple light modes, and come with user-friendly extras like a remote and storage bag to simplify setup and takedown.
I’ve found that the quality and durability of the branches are designed to support ornaments beautifully, especially heavier designer ornaments that will make your tree stand out.
FAQs About the 8′ King Flock Slim Christmas Tree:
Does it shed?
Not really. Naturally, some of the flocking will fall off with setup, but it’s MINIMAL compared to other flocked trees I’ve owned. I am impressed with how well it stays on the tree. However, I would suggest putting a tarp or large sheet under the tree when you are setting it up to minimize the cleanup after.
Is it easy to set up?
Setting up a King of Christmas tree is SUPER easy. There are 3 sections that click into place and light up. It’s seriously so simple. You will need to spend a little bit of time fluffing the branches (as with any tree), and King of Christmas has some great tips on how to do this. I like to slant the branches down a bit so that it looks more like a natural tree would look with freshly fallen snow.
What happens if a light goes out?
If one light goes out, the rest remain lit! The “power pole technology” means the lights are pre-strung and instantly illuminate when sections are inserted, and the warm white LED lights have a life expectancy of 25,000 hours, ensuring they will work for many future holiday seasons.
Does it look fake?
Not at all. King of Christmas Trees uses a blend of realistic and classic needle tips to create a beautiful tree that mimics the real thing.
What’s the difference between the King, Queen, and Prince Flock?
The King and Flock features more lights and tips and is a little fuller and more authentic with a blend of PE and PVC, while the Prince tree is 100% PVC. However, I own a Prince Flock and it’s just as beautiful!
What if I don’t want a flocked tree?
While I love the look of a white flocked tree, it’s not for everyone. The good news is, there is no shortage of tree variety! Whether you are looking for flocked or green, slim or wide, tall or short, King of Christmas has a lot of trees to choose from.
