Today it is a rainy, cloudy day and we are hanging out in our jammies, reading books, doing puzzles, making a cute “rainy day craft” and enjoying our bright muffin tin!
I saw this cute craft a few days ago on Crafty Crow and threw it in my inspiration folder waiting for the right time to use it. Today was that day…this adorable rain cloud was perfect for a day like today. We used the free download from Dallé Un Coliño and everyone, including the twins had fun making the colorful, glittery raindrops.
Today there is no theme over at Muffin Tin Mom so I decided to carry out our “rainy day” theme and make a rainbow muffin tin.
Here is what was in our colorful & yummy tin:
Fluffy white Cool whip clouds, Red apples, Orange oranges, Yellow pineapple, Green chocolate covered pretzels w/green sprinkles, Blue yogurt (used food coloring), Purple grapes, Fluffy white Cool whip clouds, and a peanut butter pot of gold.
This was a fun tin and while taking pictures I realized this would also be a good St. Patrick’s Day tin, so it might make a come back in a few days! Head over to Muffin Tin Mom to see all the fun and delicious treats that other moms came up with.

Oh what a great rainbow. I love the clouds and pot of gold. I had to use food coloring for our yogurt too.
