Monday already? Time is rushing past me at warp speed and this particular Monday is clearly a reminder. Today, June 22nd is a big day at our house, the twins are 9 months old and Mommy & Daddy are celebrating 7 years of wedded bliss!
Today’s MTM theme was “Copy Cat” and I have been excited about this one for weeks. It was very difficult deciding which talented mommy’s muffin tin I would copy. There are so many inspiring ones to choose from, like these “monkey bites” or this dessert tin and this yummy one based on the book Mouse Mess, but I couldn’t resist “copying” this one by Funny Days with Mommy and Maddie.
We LOVE the Fancy Nancy books by Jane O’connor and we are always in the mood for a party around here. Here is our take on the Fancy Nancy Muffin Tin…
Bottom Tier: Crudites & Dip, Fancy Star Wand (cheese & pretzel stick), Tiara (PB& J sandwich), Fan (strawberry’s sliced in shape of fan)I realized today that lately our Muffin Tin meals have been a little on the unhealthy side (ice cream, ring pop & marshmallows, seriously???) but I swear we don’t eat like this every day!
