Jess from Celebration Stylist, here to bring you my Kid-Friendly Halloween party. I love creating fun and easy kid’s holiday parties. Perfect for so many different Halloween events. It’s great for right before you go Trick or Treating, a Pumpkin Decorating Contest, or just a Halloween themed party. My daughter is only 2 and a half and she’s already totally into holiday parties. This one is easy to put together but super fun for the kids. You can even have them help you set up!
I started with this spiderweb placemat that turned out to be the perfect size for my Pottery Barn kid’s table. Then I layered plates, which you know I love to do. The green gingham made the green on the small Charlie Brown Peanuts plates pop. The orange Happy Halloween cups with black striped straws are a classic choice. I kept the napkins simple white with black and silver utensils that are actually plastic but look like real silverware. I added in a few little pumpkins because of course, it’s Halloween! You may have noticed they are the same pumpkins as the Fall Tablescape I styled so that the kid’s table and the adult table have a little in common. Then, I threw in a fun little lightbox that seemed to go well with the theme. And what party would been complete without cupcakes? No party of mine! I topped those with fun little Halloween cupcake toppers.
The Trick or Treat banner is a great addition because it can be left up long after the party for decoration. I love the versatile black and white with different patterns. I made this pom pom banner to add some color from the party on the wall and I think I may leave that up too!
