Guests will be dying to get a reservation at this haunting Dead & Breakfast Inn! But, trick-or-treaters beware, you won’t be able to get much R&R at this Halloween themed inn. Come on in, and I’ll give you a tour of our Dead and Breakfast Halloween Front Porch.
In the past our front porch as been decorated as a haunted mansion, but this year I teamed up with Oriental Trading to give our front porch a spooky makeover and I am so excited to show you how we turned our yard into a graveyard of hospitality. Trick-or-treaters will be greeted by a skeletal concierge, ghoulish guest and lots of haunting decor.
Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year and I love decking out our house both inside and out. I have wanted to do this theme for a while and I was so excited to bring it to life with all of the fun Halloween goodies from Oriental Trading. Head over to the new Oriental Trading Fun365 website to see all of the details for this Dead and Breakfast Halloween Front Porch, in the meantime here are a few sneak peeks of my favorite details.
First things first, we need a DIY Dead & Breakfast Inn Sign to welcome guest to our haunted inn. My husband helped me make this custom sign for our haunted inn and I love how quick, easy and inexpensive this project was.
The key to any great hotel is excellent service, which is why our skeletal concierge and sinister desk clerk are poised and ready to help welcome guest. I made the haunted hotel DIY luggage cart for our skeletal concierge and it was the perfect accessory. Stack it with vintage luggage and a few creepy elements, like a pet crow in a cage and you’re all set.
Speaking of guests, the Leeson’s Dead & Breakfast Inn is thrilled to welcome Mr. & Mrs. Rot who are checking in for their honeymoon stay. It was love at first fright and they have pledged their love “till death do us part”, now it’s time for a hauntingly good time.
We can’t wait for guest to visit and “check-in” at the Dead & Breakfast Inn! But, fair warning to all of our guests …. you can check in anytime you want, but you can never leave! Make sure you visit Oriental Trading to see all of the products and details we used to create this spooktacular Halloween front porch!
