Are you ready for something shiny and new? Cricut has done it again and launched a brand new tool that will turn your crafting and DIY projects into something extraordinary!
Now you can create stunning foil effects and elevate your craft projects with the new Cricut Foil Transfer System. I am so excited to share with you the newest Cricut product that is going to make your crafts shine! The Cricut Foil Transfer System is the coolest new product to hit the crafting market and seamlessly interacts with both your Cricut Maker and Cricut Explore Air 2.
What is the Cricut Foil Transfer System
The Cricut Foil System is a new tool that is pressure activated, eliminating the need for heat and cords.
With the new pressure-activated tool and Cricut Foil Transfer Sheets you can create stunning foil effects and embellish with ease.
You can use the Cricut Foil tool with any machine in the Explore and Maker lines and it seamlessly integrates into Cricut Design Space making it simple to apply foil in conjunction with any other action like cutting or debossing.
How Does the Cricut Foil Transfer System Work
Add stunning foil effects and accents to any project – think cards, invitations, gift boxes, and more.
With Cricut Foil Transfer Sheets, which are available in a striking array of colors, you can create long-lasting results that glimmer and shine.
You can create fine, medium and bold effects across a variety of materials with this 3 in 1 tool.
Simply select your base material, apply the foil transfer sheet to the top of the project material, foil side up. Secure the foil in place using the provided tape and just follow the Design Space prompts.
When your Cricut machine is done, just peel back the foil sheet to reveal the glimmer and gleam.
What Can You Make with Cricut Foil Transfer System
There are so many possibilities with this new tool! You can create shimmery art work, add embellishments to cards, or glam up gift tags.
You can use the foil on a variety of materials including Kraft Board, leather, paper, and vellum.
Whether your base material is dark or light you can make it shine with foil. The Foil Transfer Sheets come in a variety of colors including gold foil, silver foil, and the jewel foil sampler (aqua, purple, and emerald.)
I have had lots of fun experimenting with this new tool, and so far I love the results! It is easy to use and instantly takes an ordinary craft and makes it extraordinary.
For example, I used the gold foil to turn a simple piece of Kraft Board into a glam faux leather fall sign and it took me less than 15 minutes to make. I especially love the contrast of the dark material and shiny foil.
I can’t wait to show you what other fun crafts I’ve made using the new Cricut Foil Transfer System. All I can say is the holidays are going to be extra shimmery around here this year!
