Some say that breakfast is the most important part of the day, but I disagree – I think brunch is the best (and most important!) part of the day. Maybe it’s because I’m not a morning person and I’d rather sleep in than get up early to eat! Brunch is the perfect combination of breakfast and lunch and this darling Easter Waffle Bar Brunch is the ideal way to celebrate Easter.
Inspired by my Decorative Floral Easter Eggs I teamed up with Chinet to create this colorful DIY paper plate backdrop made with the Chinet®Classic White™ All Occasion Plate and set the stage for this super fun and delicious Easter Brunch Waffle Bar. Here’s a sneak peek of the waffle brunch bar, but make sure you head over to the Chinet blog to see all of the details!
When it comes to entertaining, I am a firm believer in keeping things simple and using everyday items you already have on hand. I want to spend my time with our guest laughing, mingling and making memories. Which is why I am a big fan of any “bar” type party, where guest can serve themselves. Not only does it take the pressure off of you as the hostess, it gives your guest control of adding or eliminating the things they like and dislike. A waffle bar brunch is perfect because you can set out Belgium waffles, a variety of toppings and let guest create their own Easter inspired creations.
Make bunny parfaits in the Chinet Cut Crystal 14 oz. cups and serve with DIY painted Chinet Cut Crystal cutlery to coordinate with the rest of the party theme. I made these bunny napkins last year for Easter and they were a hit, so of course I had to bring them back this year, too. The Chinet Classic White All Occasion napkins make the cutest little napkin bunnies. Make sure you head over to the Chinet blog to see all the details for this simple, fun and colorful Easter brunch.
If you ask me brunch is always a good idea and this Easter Brunch Waffle Bar is a brilliant idea and one that will turn an ordinary celebration into an extraordinary one!

Wondering, how did you attach the paper plates to the wall and then to one another? Look at doing this as a photo backdrop!
Mariah says
Hi Kathryn, I used removable glue dots to attach the plates to both the wall and each other.
