When daffodils poke their heads up they are a bright reminder that spring is on its way. And, soon there will be plenty of reasons to celebrate.
Celebrate in style with a Daisies & Daffodils Garden Party that is cheerful and perfect for Easter, birthday celebrations, or afternoon tea.
Ah, the first signs of spring: the sun is shining, the daffodils are blooming, and the trees are bursting with beautiful blooms. After all the gloom and bitter cold of winter, it’s a relief to see signs that better things are on the horizon.
So, why not bring some of that sunshine and growing beauty inside for your next celebrations?

How to Make Daisy Party Decorations with Cricut
One of the things I love about my Cricut is creating and customizing everything from gifts to party decorations. Often I find paper plates or cute napkins that inspire a party idea, but then I struggle to find decorations that coordinate well with those store-bought items. Thankfully, I can use my Cricut to create my own! I’ll show you how easy it is to make daisy party decorations with the Cricut Explore Air 2.
Supplies:
- Cricut Explore Air 2
- Cricut Standard Grip Mat
- Cricut Scoring Wheel
- Cricut Weeding Tool Set
- Cricut White, Yellow, Aqua, and Green Cardstock
- White Paper
- Yellow and White Balloons
- Craft Glue
- Aqua Baker’s Twine
- Daisy SVG
I used the Cricut Explore Air 2 to create 5 easy daisy crafts, including cupcake wrappers, paper straw toppers, napkin rings, favor boxes, and banners. Everything was easy to make and customize using Design Space.
A few years ago I created these DIY Daisy Napkin Rings and loved how they turned out. I knew I wanted to incorporate cute napkins into my party but wanted a more whimsical daisy to coordinate with my other supplies. So, I simply updated the design with a new flower image in Cricut Design Space and followed the same tutorial to create these cute daisies and daffodil napkin rings.
Daisies & Daffodils Party Ideas
Create a backdrop for your garden party by creating your own flower garden. I made a white and yellow balloon garland and turned some of the balloons into giant daisies with paper petals cut on the Cricut.
Next, I created a wall of hanging flowers with handmade daisies and daffodil banners.
I used a vintage desk set on a carpet of green grass to serve as the dessert station for our garden party.
Details like the daisy cupcake wrappers and daisy paper straw wrappers help make everything extra special for this cheerful celebration. I even added extra flowers to glass jars filled with treats to help tie everything together.
Use patterned or colorful paper as placemats and layer them with paper plates and whimsical daisy napkin rings.
The mini favor boxes were such a fun little detail to add to each place setting. Again, just another one of many reasons why I love using my Cricut. You can easily create and customize anything to fit your theme, colors, and style for any celebration.
