Christmas Morning Bar Cart

Christmas morning has to be one of the best mornings all year. The anticipation, the excitement, the moments of pure joy. I love the sights and sounds that Christmas morning brings and cherish these moments of joy.  But, if I’m being honest mornings are not my favorite thing, even if it is full of excitement and fun. It takes me a while to get going in the morning, but this year I’ve teamed up with Starbucks® to create a Christmas Morning Bar Cart to help get the day started right.

On Christmas morning I want to focus on the pure delight of my kids as they discover what Santa brought and as they excitedly unwrap the gifts under the tree.  I want to take things slow and to truly savor the moment. I don’t want to get stuck in the kitchen fixing drinks for everyone and making breakfast.  So, I’ve come up with the perfect solution, a Christmas Morning Bar Cart stocked with everything we need for breakfast.

I can set everything up ahead of time on my DIY Metallic Bar Cart and when we roll out of bed on Christmas morning it will be all ready to enjoy.  I loved having our bar cart set up during the fall entertaining season and decided it would be great to have something similar for the holiday season.  I started by stocking the cart with our DIY Oh Deer Coffee Mugs and sparkly Cup of Cheer coffee mugs from Michaels.

Next I added the rich tastes and flavors of the holiday season with the Starbucks Holiday Blend K-Cup® pods and Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Caffe Latte K-Cup® pods. I added peppermint spoons, Christmas tree stir sticks, chocolate salted caramel sauce and cream for guest to make their morning coffee extra special.

I filled a platter with cinnamon rolls and cream cheese danishes to tide us over while we look at all the goodies Santa brought.

I added a few festive touches with a sparkly garland, a Christmas chalkboard sign and Christmas decor to make our bar cart extra special.

This Christmas morning bar cart is such a simple and easy way to help you savor the moments of joy this holiday season.  This cozy set-up would be great throughout the entire season, from Christmas parties to Christmas morning.  Set up your bar cart with your favorite Starbucks® flavors so you can enjoy them all season long. And, make sure you take advantage of Starbucks Rewards. Receive 75 stars with purchase of 3 qualifying Starbucks products at Walmart by 12/26/16. I can’t wait for Christmas morning and all of the excitement and joy that comes with it.  In the mean time I’ll be sipping on my favorite holiday coffee and trying to savor all of the moments of joy this holiday season!
