Today’s MTM theme was celebration/party. I had some really cute ideas for today’s theme, however with our busy schedule the past few days and our music class this morning a muffin tin lunch was not in the cards (we went out for pizza instead). I could not pass up the opportunity to participate in such a fun theme so we whipped up a quick muffin tin, added some pizazz and tada here is our take on a Muffin Tin celebration.
First we blew up some balloons, what’s a party without ballons? Then we spurced up the dining area so our party would be festive. And then we dug in to some yummy ice cream sundaes. In our muffin tin: vanilla ice cream (1 for each kid), some cool whip, chocolate chip cookies, cherries, chocolate syrup, purple sprinkles and chocolate sprinkles.
Aubrey of course wanted everything on hers and was really excited she got to make her own.
Parker and Piper just had a little bit of cool whip & chocolate syrup on theirs and they were THRILLED that mommy let them eat ice cream. As always MTM was a huge hit! Head over to Her Cup Overfloweth to see what everyone else did to “Celebrate”.
