One of the things I remember most about my childhood is how my mom would always create fun themed events for all of the holidays. I don’t remember eating out much as a kid, but I remember the themed “restaurants” my mom would create at home to celebrate everything from Chinese New Year to Valentine’s Day. This year I’m channeling my uber creative mom and serving up lots of love with a fun family-friendly “You Stole a Pizza My Heart” Valentine’s Day Pizza Party.
I’ve teamed up with my friends at Oriental Trading to create a fun Valentine’s Day party your whole family will love. I’m sharing all the creative party details on Fun365 for this Valentine’s Day Pizza Party, including an interactive Roll a Pizza Game, DIY Pizza Making Kits and even a delicious recipe for Heart Shaped Fruit Pizza Cookies.
Lovin’ is fresh from the oven at this fun pizza themed Valentine’s Day party, here are just a few of my favorite highlights from the party on Fun365.
I created DIY Pizza Making Kits for each kid so they had everything they needed to create their very own personalized heart-shaped pizzas. My kids loved having their own jars of toppings so they could load up their pizzas just the way they like.
While our pizzas were baking we passed the time by playing this fun Roll a Pizza Game. Everyone raced to see who could build their pizza first based on their recipe card, my kids are slightly competitive so this game was fast and furious with lots of laughter mixed in.
We ended the evening on a sweet note with our own homemade heart shaped fruit pizza cookies. These cookies are sweet and thanks to all of the fresh fruit they were colorful and fun to eat too!
