With 3 kids our Saturday’s are usually packed with one sport activity after the other and we spend the day cheering on our kids and rushing from one field to the next. I love that each of our kids has found something that they enjoy doing and while it keeps us busy I wouldn’t have it any other way.
This week it was my turn for the snacks for my youngest daughters soccer team. Several months ago while ordering some stuff for my twins carnival party I found this company iCustom Labels and discovered their awesome water bottle labels. I decided to order some for my girls soccer teams and had labels custom designed to match their team colors. Now, I know that these soccer snack bags may seem “over the top” to some, but my daughter and I had a lot of fun putting these simple snack bags together and it was fun to spend quality time talking to her about soccer, her teammates and her goals. I let me daughter pick out the snacks and she even asked if she could include a special surprise. They were super easy to create and they would also make great soccer party favors too!
We used white paper bags, a soccer stamp, soccer stickers and ribbon to make the bags.
My daughter stamped the bags with the soccer stamp I found at Michaels.
Once all the bags were stamped to her liking we filled them with the snacks and included the cute little water bottles.
If you are every looking for custom water bottle labels I highly recommend iCustom Labels. These labels are 100% waterproof and very durable. They are completely customize-able and the team at iCustom Labels can help you personalize and design unique labels to fit any occasion. I love turning something as simple as water into a unique token that can make any event more memorable than you ever imagined.
My daughter and her team had a great game on Saturday, she scored 8 goals and it was fun watching her hustle out there on the soccer field.
After the game she loved handing out her handmade soccer snack bags and there were lots of oohs and aahs from the girls about the special treat.
Like I said, some might say that this soccer snack is “too much” and unnecessary, but I truly believe it never hurts to take the ordinary and turn it into something extraordinary…especially when I get to hear the sweet little giggles of my daughter and her friends!
