With the help of select General Mills holiday baking and snacking products at you can create the ultimate holiday dessert-style grazing board with homemade goodies and treats like mini pies, mini cinnamon rolls, and peppermint brownies.
As an avid entertainer, this is one of my favorite times of the year. It’s the time of year where family and friends gather together to celebrate friendships, good food, and good cheer while making memories that will last a lifetime. But, this time of year is also extremely busy and it can be challenging to fit it all in. The past few years rather than hosting a big holiday party I’ve started hosting a casual Jingle and Mingle party.
This come and go style party allows guests to come as their schedules allow, and it gives us the chance to mingle with our favorite people and truly focus on what matters most during this time of year. It’s one of the easiest holiday parties you will throw, and one of my secrets to making it an easy and festive party is this tasty holiday dessert charcuterie board.
Fill a tray with a variety of desserts and put it out for guests to sample and enjoy. As the party goes on throughout the day simply refill it with the goodies that need to be replaced.
One of the reasons I love creating a dessert grazing tray is it allows me to bake and share lots of my favorite holiday treats. Because people like to sample all of the treats I like to make mini versions of my favorite desserts like pecan pie and cinnamon rolls.
I stocked up on all of my favorite holiday baking essentials at Sam’s Club and got busy baking. I used (32 ct.) and rather than baking them on a cookie sheet I re-rolled them and put them in a mini cupcake pan.
I did the same thing with the Pillsbury Refrigerated Rolled Pie Crusts and created mini pecan pies. These 2 bite pies are so good and always disappear fast!
Brownies are a dessert staple and you can transform the already delicious into all kinds of holiday-inspired treats. I like to add peppermint extract to the brownie mix before baking them and then sprinkle them with crushed peppermint for a festive holiday treat. You can also find lots of festive flavors and new recipes for all the brands you love, to help you be a merry marker and the hostess with the mostess!
With this simple Jingle and Mingle party it’s easy to make memories and spread good cheer this holiday season. And this holiday dessert charcuterie board is perfect for every merry moment this holiday season!
