Mother’s Day is this weekend and while most of my readers are probably moms, who are just hoping for a little extra sleep or a break from the kitchen, these Cinnamon Yogurt Parfaits are perfect for brunch or breakfast in bed!
I recently hosted a Mother’s Day Brunch and Bagel Bar to celebrate the amazing women in my life. This brunch was an easy way to entertain a group of people without the stress and hassle of cooking. One of the delicious items on the menu were individual cinnamon yogurt parfaits. You won’t believe how incredibly easy these were to make and everyone loved them!
Start by finding individual containers. I used vintage yogurt jars, however one of my favorite tricks for serving individual treats is using a glass candle votive or shot glasses.
Next, place a spoonful of vanilla yogurt in the bottom of the jar. Then, add a layer of Great Grains Protein Blend Cinnamon Hazelnut cereal. Finally, add a layer of fresh sliced strawberries. Repeat the layers until your container is full. Tie a fancy wooden spoon to the front and you are all set to impress your guest with these cinnamon yogurt parfaits.
