Are your kids excited about heading back to school? My kids actually love the start of a new school year and look forward to all of our fun back to school traditions. From a special back to school breakfast to first day interviews, we have lots of fun ways to make the start of a new year exciting and fun! On the first day I like to make my kids’ lunches extra special by including lunch box notes, or a special snack like this back to school bunny snack mix with free printable tags.
This time of year we usually focus on shopping for school supplies and new school clothes, but trust me it’s just as important to stock up on their favorite snacks and lunch box staples. I like to stock up on my kids favorites at Walmart and earn cash for my kids’ school with the Box Tops for Education program. Right now you can earn $5 in Box Tops when you buy five participating products. I picked up some of my kids favorites, including Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies to make one of their favorite snack mixes with an extra special note to make the first day of school fun.
Kids will love this flavorful snack mix and you’ll love saving money and time when you use the Box Top for Education Bonus App to buy, scan and earn. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Where do I download the printable? I’m not seeing it. Also, do you have printables for past years of your 1st Day of school breakfasts?
Hi Ashley, I am so sorry for the delay in my response. It may be too late for you but I have sent you an email with the printable since it looks like it wasn’t linked properly (although I have fixed that if you need to download it from the site.) I did use a few printables in our past Back to School Breakfast celebrations, but most of them were party packages I purchased from Dimpleprints and should be linked in the posts, just search “Back to School Breakfast”
Delicious & easy – two of my fave combos! Thanks for sharing on this weeks Creative K Kids’ Tasty Tuesday – I look forward to what you share with us next week!
