We are getting ready to head to one of my favorite spots, the Frio River for the 4th of July and I wanted to make each of the kids something fun to celebrate. These 4th of July Celebration Buckets are full of treats, activities and pop-its for hours of fun!
I used my Cricut and white vinyl to personalize each bucket with the kids names and added some sparkly fireworks with red glitter vinyl.
I used the 4th of July printables from Tweedle Dee Designs to make everything in the bucket a little extra special.
I picked up most of the items in the bucket at the Dollar Tree or Target Dollar Spot and included things like toy Army men, sidewalk chalk, bubbles, glow sticks, patriotic leis and pop-its. I also included some special treats including a tube of patriotic gumballs, star shaped marshmallows, pop rocks and a bottle of water.
After the kids enjoy all the goodies they can use their buckets to play with down by the river. The great thing about this project is you can personalize your 4th of July Celebration Bucket with all kinds of fun activities depending on where or how you’ll be celebrating the 4th of July.
Our 4th of July celebration buckets are packed and I can’t wait to soak up some sun with my family and friends! I hope that you have a safe and fun 4th of July!
Those are super cute. Now I’m inspired to try and throw one together by tomorrow.
Great idea! I need to get me one of those Cricuts. Look how much fun you can make.
