Our twins celebrated their first birthday in style…Dr. Seuss style that is. We threw a Thing 1 & Thing 2 birthday bash for our sweeties and I had a blast planning for this special day.

My inspiration came from Amy @ Stem Parties many months ago while I was pondering what to do for their birthday. I found several other Dr. Seuss themed parties here, here & here. Armed with lots of great ideas I set out to create a spectacular party for our Thing 1 & 2!
I found these adorable party invitations & thank you cards on etsy at Magic by Marcy. She customized the invitations, was super quick and easy to work with, I love how they turned out!

Candy Bar for guest. Each guest was given a bag to fill up with lots of sweet treats before they left. This was one of my favorite things about the party, it provided instant decoration & it was a big hit with all the kiddos.

I love this! My boys are turning 1 on May 1. I've sent out the invitations with the Dr. Seuss The Cat in the Hat theme, but I was unsure how I was going to decorate. This has been a big help! Thank you!

Great party!!! My b/g twins are turning one soon and I am planning the same theme! But where did you find those great onsies? I can't find any like that anywhere! All I can find are those vivid red ones but yours are much nicer. Thanks!!
