Today was a rare Saturday where we didn’t have to get up and rush off to do something so I thought we would have a lazy day in our pjs with a fun breakfast and a Christmas movie.
I saw this idea to make and decorate snowman pancakes on MTM and knew the kids would love it. I started with my super yummy vanilla pancake recipe and then made snowman shapes on the griddle.
I filled a muffin tin with goodies for the kids to decorate their snowman. Our muffin tin had red hots, marshmallows, gumdrops, chocolate chips and fruit roll up.
Then we let the kids decorate their snowman.
Piper’s Snowman
Parker’s Snowman
Aubrey’s Snowman
After everyone finished their yummy breakfast we watch Frosty the Snowman in our pjs. I love lazy Saturday mornings with my family!
Soooo cute!!
Oh wow! I'm excited about this idea. It is JUST adorable! 🙂
Love all of them! Each one is unique. I love staying in pajamas late in the day.
Cute pancakes! I love all the toppings. I've linked up to your post here: http://play2grow.blogspot.com/2010/12/weekly-favorites-december-19-2010.html
It was one of my favorites I found this week.
