We are planning to stay in this year for New Year’s Eve, but that doesn’t mean we won’t be celebrating in style. And we all know the key to a great celebration is fabulous food! I’m sharing 3 easy New Year’s Eve Party Appetizers, including these Mini Pecan Brie Bites. These are so easy to make and almost impossible to resist. It’s no surprise that I’m a big fan of mini desserts. The thing I love about these tiny little desserts, like my mini Pumpkin Tassies, is the fact that you can eat them in one bite and savory all the delicious flavors at once. It’s so true, good things come in small packages.
Flaky mini sweet tart shells are filled with creamy brie and baked just long enough for the sugary goodness from the pecan mixture to melt down into the brie for a sinfully delicious treat. They are perfection in a bite sized cup. Perfection I tell you!
