Spring is in full swing, and the excitement of warmer days, bright sunshine and fresh blooms popping up everywhere is cause for celebration! Why not host a casual spring brunch filled with refreshing sips, sweet treats, and pretty floral blooms?
Invite your friends over for a low key morning in and enjoy making memories with a simple spring-inspired fête. Inspired by the pretty pink from spring blossoms, and the glowy honey golds from my favorite new drink, I created this light and airy brunch party. Like most of my celebrations, I started with a theme and created a focal point for friends to gather and connect.
I am completely smitten with using lemons as party inspiration, especially this time of year. The vibrant yellow makes everything feel cheerful, and they are the perfect complement to so many recipes that are perfect for brunch!
I always like to have a signature drink for guests to sip on and created a light and refreshing honey ginger lemonade cocktail for our brunch menu. This signature sip makes a delicious non-alcoholic drink, but if you want to spice things up, use Evan Williams Honey to create a light and refreshing cocktail your guests will love.
I wanted a light, down-to-earth drink for this casual celebration. With its soft, citrus honey taste, Evan Williams Honey is the perfect drink to welcome the warmer spring weather.
The sweetness of natural honey flavor combined with the classic smoothness of Evan Williams is the perfect complement to a refreshing glass of lemonade. This recipe is so easy to make that it will likely become a staple in your spring and summer entertaining rotation!

I personally think brunch is one of the best meals of the day, especially when it comes to entertaining. After a long week, it’s the perfect way to unwind. You can serve a combination of sweet or savory, and you can enjoy more relaxed moments with friends.
Some of my favorites brunch recipes include Lemon Cheesecake Crescent Rolls, Asparagus Tart with Honey Lemon Sauce, and Cinnamon Rolls with Orange Cream Cheese Icing. Pile plates high with your favorite pastries, fruit, cheese, and frittatas. Then pour yourself a drink, sit back and relax with friends.
