Pineapple Cheese Ball

  • 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 TBS minced green pepper
  • 1 TBS seasoning salt
  • 1 TBS minced onion
  • ½ cup finely chopped nuts
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Place in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to make mixture easier to work with
  3. Roll cheese mixture into a ball
  4. Roll cheese ball in the finely chopped nuts
  5. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve
