  • Cake Ingredients:
  • Pillsbury Devil's Food Cake
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Oil
  • Chocolate Raspberry Ganache Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ¼ Cup Seedless Raspberry Preserve
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Pillsbury Pastry Bag Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Mint
  1. Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix and bake the Devil's Food Cake according to the directions on the package
  3. To make the ganache bring the heavy cream to a simmer over medium heat; remove pan from heat
  4. Add the chocolate chips, preserves, and butter, shaking the pan to immerse the chocolate and as much of the preserves and butter as possible.
  5. Beat the mixture with a wire whisk until smooth.
  6. Cool until thick enough to use as a glaze and pour over mini cakes
  7. Pipe a large dollop of the Pillsbury Cream Cheese Frosting in the center of the cake
  8. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and mint
