Give your kids a good laugh today with these April Fool’s Milk and Cookies.
April 1st is know as ‘Fool’s Day’ and gives you a chance to channel your inner child, plan some silly pranks and enjoy a few good laughs. I’m not one for big elaborate pranks that require lots of planning or prep, so when I found this idea for solid milk on Martha Stewart I knew it would be the perfect trick to fool my kids.
Transform your milk into an unpourable solid with powdered gelatin, find the complete directions here. I can’t wait to see my kids reaction to their afternoon April Fool’s Milk and Cookies snack.
Do you have any fun pranks planned to celebrate April Fool’s Day? Or have you pulled off any epic pranks in the past? Share them in the comments below.

My 6-year old would love it…the 3-year-old would unfortunately cry. Can’t wait until they’re both old enough to try this out. Thanks for sharing such a fun trick!

It is definitely a tricky for little ones. Fortunately, my kids weren’t bummed for too long since I followed it up with the real deal. 🙂

Lol, this is such a cute idea! My son is 5 now and I don’t think I’ve ever done anything for April fools day, but now I want to!
