With the most romantic holiday approaching soon it’s time to start thinking about how to put a smile on your sweetheart’s face and show them how much you love them with this decadent dessert.
Chocolate is a favored indulgence any time and this dessert makes Valentine’s Day that much sweeter. I’m going to show you how to make some sweets for your sweetie, starting with this stunning dessert I like to call Chocolate Decadence.
Here is what you’ll need:
- Brownie Mix
- Cool Whip (8 oz container)
- Cream Cheese (8 oz)
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Chocolate glaze (I used Duncan Hines Amazing Glazes)
- Garnish (mint, berries, chocolate hearts)
- Ring mold (not necessary)
Make your brownies according to the directions on the package. Cool completely.
Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Fold in cool whip.
Spray your ring mold with cooking spray and then cut your brownies. Fill molds with creamy mixture and place in fridge to set (1-2 hours.)
If you want to add an extra special touch melt chocolate and pipe on wax paper (I printed out an image of a heart and used that as my guide) and set in freezer to harden.
Take a wet knife and slide it around the mold to loosen the dessert. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and let set.
Carefully, place the dessert on a plate and garnish with mint and berries.
This decadent dessert is sure to put a smile on your sweeties face and the perfect ending to a sweet day!
